Colene is without question the best agent I have ever worked with. When we arrived at the agency, she had a packet of informational material prepared for us, then proceeded to drive us around Jackson and Macon counties until we found just the right property. She knows the area, she knows the market, and she went above and beyond her role as agent several times during the buying process. We even went out to dinner to celebrate the closing! And even after all the papers were signed, Colene continued working with us by recommending contractors and helping arrange repairs (which was incredibly helpful for us as out-of-town buyers).
