I cannot imagine anyone working harder than Bill Kruckenberger did to secure this property for us. He had prepared me that it was a short sale and sometimes that means that it takes a long time. He was correct. He worked this sale from July 2012 until we closed in March 2013. He was in touch with me on a weekly basis and many times several e-mails in a day. He worked with the other agent and together they were able to get extensions with my bank was processing forms too slowly. Once we closed, he provided me with web and phone contact numbers for all the services that I would need. Currently, he has oversight of the construction and remodeling that is being done in NC while I remain in Florida. I cannot think of another realtor who would be as responsive as Bill was to us.
